Mint Hill Homes and Neighborhood Information

Mint Hill is known to be a very friendly town. Located just outside of east Charlotte, Mint Hill is wedged between the University area and Matthews-and is an easy commute to south and north Charlotte via I-485.

New Mint Hill neighborhoods in the area would include Summerwood, with a salute to green space. Mint Hill prides itself on carefully planned development.
