It was developed in the mid to late 1990’s and early 2000 with primarily two story single family homes, many with brick fronts. The homes typically have a heated living space of 2500-3500 square feet, with 4-5 bedrooms and a two car attached garage. Home prices are usually in the $250,000-$325,000 range. Uptown Charlotte can be reached in under 45 minutes-most of the time-during rush hour.
