Concord NC Real Estate
Concord is the largest city in Cabarrus County, with just
over 58,000 people with a median household income of
$46,000.
Development has surged in this area over the past ten years,
with taxes a little lower than Charlotte, yet close
proximity to the Charlotte metro area.
Concord is home to Lowe's Motor Speedway and the largest
Mall in the Carolinas-Concord Mills Outlet mall.
Like a good part of the region, new schools and housing seem
to be popping up everywhere.
Kannapolis NC Real Estate
Kannapolis was once home to Cannon Mills. Currently, the
population of Kannapolis is just shy of 40,000.
The median income is approximately $35,000.
Harrisburg NC Real Estate
Harrisburg is located just up the road from the University
of North Carolina at Charlotte.
It's population is approximately 4800 and the median income
of $65,000.
Harrisburg is a quaint town that has been experiencing quite
a bit of revitalization, most likely due to its
location...just a stone's throw away from Charlotte North
Carolina.
You can get a little more for your money here and pay a
little less in taxes.
For the most part, the area still
offers a small town appeal with a bit of the country mixed
in.
