Sun City Home for Sale Near Charlotte

Sun City Carolina Lakes is located just six miles past Ballantyne in South Charlotte. Located in the city of Indian Land, SC and spreads itself over 1,200 acres.

The land rolls gently to accommodate an eighteen hole golf course, ten lakes, as well as a 40,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and an indoor walking track.
