If you are thinking about moving to Charlotte, and you are at the preliminary stages, don't be shy...Call on us!

The first thing we will do is send you out a free relocation package.

At Homes by Cross, we will work with you by giving you a personal map overview...area highlights and how the city connects itself. This takes about 30 minutes, then we jump in the car and go.

While you are in the car, we'll be using the same map to show you how you are traveling about. What is where, and what each area offers.

Most folks love this. The tour will give you great insight, and quickly.  

We will drive through some neighborhoods and can check out a few homes if need be.

Some off your list, and some that we think might be of interest to you as well.

In as much as you are trying to decide whether Charlotte is the right town for you, we generally will just spend about 2.5 hours with this process per day on two separate days.

During those few hours we will be talking and you will be asking questions, we'll be asking questions.

By the end of the time period, we should be able to offer you ideas on what might be of interest for you to check out on your own...area stuff....or you may have come up with your own plan.

We've found that taking more than a few hours on the initial trip will overwhelm you.

It is like holiday shopping all day, and coming back empty handed.

Exhausting and frustrating.   By the end of your weekend, you will feel as though you really accomplished a lot...and you will have!
